Terms of Service

This flight CANNOT BE CANCELLED or EXCHANGED, except as required by law. All sales are final and should you decide to cancel for any reason, no refund will be given. Should the trip not pass FlyBLACK’s final approval, the trip will be cancelled and fully refunded with no obligation to perform the flight. FlyBLACK may fulfill your booking on another aircraft model that is equivalent or greater in class. No shows, failure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time (unless otherwise approved by FlyBLACK) in possession of valid government-issued identification, and failure to board the aircraft upon crew’s instructions will be treated as a no show subject to a 100% cancellation penalty whereby you will be charged the full cost of the flight. FlyBLACK does not own or operate any aircraft. FlyBLACK will act as an Authorized Agent in arranging this flight.

If you have not previously done so, in order to confirm your booking, you must follow the steps outlined in the confirmation email and provide a valid driver’s license or passport in order to complete a background check. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you have submitted the required information and successfully passed the background check per FlyBLACK’s charter policy.
